We state the requirement, the boundaries, and the acceptance criteria explicitly before any code is written. Anything unclear gets clarified in writing, not in the implementation.

Architecture decisions are argued rather than inherited from habit. The technology choice comes after we understand the real constraints.

Responsibilities, delivery boundaries, and the decisions taken stay documented. What is out of scope is stated as plainly as what is in it.

What we do not promise
We do not promise a particular position in organic search, and we publish no result we cannot support. Day-to-day IT administration is not part of this practice. Technology for buildings, networks, and physical security is a separate practice with a delivery run of its own.
